House Doctor is a Danish lifestyle company with an international reach and an ambitious growth strategy. We are looking for an experienced back office Sales Coordinator for the Norwegian market, working from our sales office in Stockholm, Sweden.

 

TASKS

Your main task will be supporting our Norwegian Country Manager and making sure that all Norwegian customers receive the best possible service throughout the entire sales process. Moreover, your tasks include:

  • Back office sales and administrative tasks

  • Answering emails and calls from customers

  • Sales support on key accounts and account management on smaller accounts

  • Participating in and providing sales support at fairs

  • Customer and market research

 

REQUIREMENTS

You are highly motivated by providing excellent customer service and carrying out administrative tasks thoroughly and mindfully. You take responsibility for your tasks and can work independently with a high level of structure and overview. You have a natural ability to create and maintain close and trusting relations with both customers and colleagues.

Days in House Doctor are never the same, so it is important that you are comfortable in an innovative and fast environment where you adapt and take initiative. You want to be part of a fun and caring team where goals are reached through joint effort and a lot of passion.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

You have solid experience with back office sales and customer service in the design industry or other relevant lifestyle or service sector. You are fluent in Norwegian and English (Swedish and Danish is a plus). Moreover, you are an experienced user of Microsoft Office and preferably D365/AX.
